The vision started back in 2011 when Jacqui and Wayne became certified as instructors.  Teaching small classes and running a compressor in their living room, they decided go big and open up their own dive shop.  Over the years Diver City continues to certify the highest number of students in Manitoba and exceeds the average across Canada.  The best part of all, those students have become friends and life-long travel buddies.
